Ob zaključku poletnih počitnic smo v Zidanici Malek spoznavali in odkrivali okuse na način
mini Vanjinega vinskega mnogoboja, kar pomeni,
da je bilo z izjemo uvodne dobrodošlice, ob jedeh ponujenih več vinskih vzorcev, katerih identiteta je bila zakrita in smo jo razkrivali sproti. Gostje so tokrat uživali v izvrstnih vinih iz vinske kleti P&F Jeruzalem Ormož d.o.o.
Kot dodatno presenečenje pa smo imeli še en dodaten vinski vzorec, ki ga je prinesel s sabo eden izmed gostov. Vsekakor je bil ta dodatni vzorec prava popestritev večera!
At the end of the Summer holidays we spent nice culinary-wine evening at the wine yard cottage Malek where we desovered the wines from wine cellar P&F Jeruzalem Ormož d.o.o. in the combination of full menu in a manner of Vanja’s
blind wine tasting. That means that the identity of the wines with the course was
hidden, but we disclosed them during an individual course.
We also had one extra wine, brought by one of the guests. And these wine was definitely entertaining of the evening.
