Workshop Pumpkin dishes and new wines - Kulinarična delavnica Jedi iz buč in mlada vina



At this Culinaric workshop we prepared different pumpkin dishes and ate them accompained by new wines. It was fun, informative and of course, very delicious.

All the dishes were prepared with pumpkins from Avšič farm and Oljarna Kocbek's pumpkin oil.















For the starter, there were Cheese pumpkin lollipops accompained by Primus M-vina, Štajerska Slovenija.

First we prepared Japan Cup Pumpkin cream with chestnut puree and shrimps.
